1. About these terms

afastchat is operated by ByteBridge LLC ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of afastchat.com. Contact us at [email protected]. By creating an account or using afastchat, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. The service and your account

afastchat is a chat interface that answers questions using AI models and web search through your own OpenRouter account. You are responsible for your OpenRouter account, its charges, and keeping your Google account secure.

Features and models may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular result. These limitations do not affect any rights you have by law.

3. Your content and AI output

You keep your rights in what you submit. You let us store, process and send it to our service providers as needed to run afastchat, as explained in our privacy policy.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or outdated, and cited sources may not support it. Check important information before relying on it. Do not use afastchat as a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use afastchat to break the law, infringe others' rights, harm or harass people, attack or overload the service, or violate the terms of OpenRouter or the model providers you use. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

5. Ending your use

You can stop using afastchat and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may stop offering the service with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

afastchat is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for charges on your OpenRouter account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be announced through the service. Continuing to use afastchat after a change means you accept it.
